PC GAME REVIEW posted on 12 AUG 2002 by Allan Parent
"Warning: Strategic Command is very addictive. Hours seem to pass like minutes when playing this game. Your loved ones comment on your zombie-like state and how you tend to shout out stuff like 'I've got jets now' or 'Moscow is mine'! I think I even answered the phone with 'I can't talk now, the Nazis are trying to invade Britain'."
Airborne Assault Red Devils Over Arnhem
AFTER ACTION REVIEW posted on 2 AUG 2002 by Allan Parent
"This is an after action report of a "what if" scenario included with Airborne Assault called "AL Bde Assault." It assumes the Allied 1st Landing Brigade, with its greater firepower, made the initial assault on the Arnhem bridges. I will be playing the Germans. My main objective is to deny the Allies the rail and road bridges in Arnhem. The German forces for the most part comprise remnants of the 9th SS Panzer Division."

Windtalkers
MOVIE REVIEW posted on 26 JUN 2002 by Allan Parent
"Windtalkers, directed by John Woo and written by John Rice and Joe Batteer attempts to show the exploits of one particular "code-talker," Ben Yahzee (Adam Beach) and the marine assigned to protect him and the code, Sergeant Joe Enders (Nicholas Cage). The film does a pretty good job of developing the characters of Beach and Cage, with both undergoing serious changes throughout the film."
