Six new shots from Bethesda's reborn sci-fi strategy game.
Following up on its announcement from this January, Bethesda has released a new gallery of screenshots from their upcoming Star Trek strategy game, Legacy. Legacy is being developed by Mad Doc Software, a UK-based strategy game company that has contributed to a number of historical strategy games as well as previous generation Star Trek games.
Legacy is said to span the entire Star Trek Universe, from the original series under Captain Kirk to the last TV franchise, Enterprise. The game is designed around 3D, real-time space combat similar to previous space strategy games, boasting damage modeling, customizable ships, four playable races, multiplayer support, and a epic following the history of the Enterprise. Today's new screenshots highlight the game's space environments, combat, and graphical touches.
Star Trek: Legacy should be released in late 2006 for the PC and Xbox 360. For more information on this strategy game, we recommend perusing the official site or reading the new FAQ.
