Empire: Total War v1.4 Patch Announced

The v1.4 patch has been announced for release late this month.
“Update 1.4” for the critically acclaimed Empire: Total War will be available late September. The update includes an overhaul of the Artificial Intelligence, implemented both on the campaign map and in the real time battles. In addition to this, improvements have been made to sieges and naval battles, which have been rebalanced for an especially absorbing experience.
