The console port has been released on Games for Windows - LIVE.

Developed by THQ’s award-winning studio, Volition, Inc., Red Faction: Guerrilla is a third-person action game featuring unrivaled destruction-based game-play, a story-driven single player campaign and extensive multiplayer options. Red Faction: Guerrilla was recently released on the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system and is now available on Games for Windows - LIVE for the suggested retail price of $39.99.
